This policy explains what data PolarHacks.fun collects, how it is used and what rights you have. The data operator is PolarHacks.fun administration. For questions about data processing, email support@polarhacks.fun.
1. What data we receive
We process the data you provide when registering, purchasing or contacting support: nickname, Telegram ID and username, contact method and message text. Purchases also store the selected cheat, price, access period and related balance transactions.
The site may also store your IP address when you submit a form or sign in to the admin panel, to protect against spam, password guessing and other abuse. Server logs may contain the request time, IP address, browser type and requested page address.
2. Why we process data
- to process a purchase and reply to messages;
- to deliver digital access and provide support;
- to understand which cheats and statuses users are interested in;
- to protect the site and admin panel from attacks and spam;
- to comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell data to third parties, do not use it for marketing without separate consent and do not connect third-party advertising trackers.
3. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent (the checkbox in a form), the need to respond to your request and coordinate an order, and the operator's legitimate interests in site security. You may withdraw consent by writing to the support email; this will not affect processing already completed.
4. Cookies and sessions
The site uses a technical session cookie ph.sid and a language cookie ph_lang. The first stores a session identifier, a form protection token and, if you sign in to the admin panel, authorization data. The second remembers your selected interface language. Without them, forms, admin sign-in and language switching may not work.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. When a session ends or expires, the session cookie becomes invalid.
5. Data sharing
Data may be shared with providers that help operate the site (hosting and technical support) when necessary to process a request or protect infrastructure. Those providers are required to maintain confidentiality. Payment data is not collected on the site: payment is discussed through support and happens outside the site.
We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the rights of the operator and users.
6. Retention
Request and message data is stored for as long as needed to process the inquiry and support an order, after which it may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion when storage is no longer required for obligations or legal requirements.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correct it, withdraw consent and ask for deletion. Write to support@polarhacks.fun from the contact you used when contacting us. We may ask you to confirm that the request relates to you.
8. Security
Admin access is protected by hashed-password authentication, form forgery protection, login attempt limits and optional two-factor authentication. In production the site must use HTTPS. No method of transmission provides an absolute security guarantee.
9. Children
The site and products are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you learn that such data was submitted, write to the support email and we will delete it.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the site or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with an update date.
