PolarHacks digital products are licenses to access a loader and activation keys for cheats. Once access is delivered, a digital product cannot be returned to its original state, so refunds have specific conditions.
1. When a refund is possible
- payment was taken but access was never delivered;
- payment was charged twice for the same purchase;
- the cheat does not start for a reason support could not resolve and that is not caused by the user's system;
- the order was cancelled before a key was issued.
2. When a refund is not provided
- the key and loader were delivered — access is considered provided;
- the account was banned by the game or platform;
- the device does not meet the published system requirements;
- the user violated the rules of use or shared the key with third parties;
- the game changes after purchase, but support has already provided a working update within the access period;
- the user changed their mind after access was delivered.
3. How to request a refund
Write to support@polarhacks.fun or to support on Discord/Telegram. Include your nickname, contact, cheat name, payment date and a description of the issue. Attach error screenshots if available. Do not send passwords or full card details.
4. Review time
We aim to review requests within five business days. If additional testing or communication with a payment provider is required, the period may be longer — we will let you know.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued using the same payment method whenever technically possible. The time to receive funds depends on the payment provider and bank. Third-party service fees may not be refunded if they are not part of our share of the payment.
6. Chargebacks
Before opening a dispute with your bank, contact support — most cases are resolved faster that way. An unjustified chargeback may lead to restrictions on further access to the store.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law. If these conditions conflict with a mandatory legal rule, the legal rule applies.
